Porting your existing phone numbers to Nimbata lets you use your familiar business numbers as tracking numbers, so you keep continuity while gaining call analytics. To move a number out of Nimbata instead, see Port a number out.

  • Provide your current carrier details, the phone numbers to be ported, and proof of ownership.

Step 2. Prepare for the transfer

  • Do not cancel your service with your current carrier during the porting process.
  • Gather the documentation required by your country to verify ownership of the numbers.
