How to customize your dashboard

A customized dashboard gives you a single view of what matters most.

You can remove charts you don't need, add new ones, rearrange them, resize them, and exclude specific data sources.

To restore your dashboard to its original state at any time, click Actions > Reset to Default at the top of the page.

Step 1. Open the dashboard

Step 2. Remove charts you don't need

  • Click the X button on the top-left corner of any chart to remove it.
  • You can re-add any removed chart at any time.

Step 3. Add the reports you need

  • Click + Add at the top-left of the screen.
  • Select a chart category (e.g. Calls).
  • Use the search bar to find a specific report by name, or browse the subcategories.

E.g. to add a bar chart of inbound calls by UTM Source/Medium:

  • Select Calls.
  • Then Inbound Calls.
  • Then Bar Chart.
  • Then by UTM Source/Medium.
  • Click Add.
  • Close the menu.

Step 4. Rearrange charts

  • Click and drag any chart up or down to change the order.
  • Place your most important reports at the top.

Step 5. Resize charts

  • Drag the right edge of a chart to increase or decrease its width.

You can only resize a chart from its right side.

Step 6. Exclude specific data from a chart

  • Click on any data source label inside a chart to exclude it.
  • An excluded source is shown with a strike-through.
  • Click the same label again to restore it.

🎉 Your dashboard is now configured to show exactly the data you need.
