Delete destination numbers
Destination Numbers can be removed, only if they are not part of an active call flow. Before attempting to delete a destination number, make sure to check its current status. If the status appears as "In use" (as below) follow the instructions below.
Step 1. Go to Tracking > Destinations and check to see if the Destination Numbers are in use.
Step 2. Navigate to Tracking > Call Flows and click on the name of the call flow that includes the destination number you want to delete.
Step 3. Remove the destination number from the call flow by deleting the 'Dial' section.
Step 4. Return to Tracking > Destinations from the main menu. The destination number you wish to delete will now indicate that it's 'Not in use' in red text.
Step 5. Select the number and click on the red bin icon to remove the destination number.
Step 6. Click on 'Remove' from the pop-up message that appears at the bottom of the screen.
