Read and analyze the calls your business receives.

Navigate to "Setup - Add-Ons".
Click on the "Transcription" box.



Activate the Status slider for the Transcriptions.



If you haven't enabled Call Recording please do so.
The Transcriptions are now enabled.



To read the Transcriptions

Ηead over to "Activity-Post Call" and click on .



On screen will appear a box with the call's transcriptions.

Please note that after the end of the call a few minutes are required in order for the transcriptions to be available.
