Transcriptions - Quickly find what your phone leads are talking about

In this step-by-step guide, we will cover how to find and read transcription. If you're wondering how to set them up please follow these instructions.

To read the Transcriptions

Step 1: Go to Activity > Calls
Step 2: On the upper right of the screen click on "Actions"
Step 3: In the popup check "Show Transcription"
Step 4: Under Actions now select "Edit Columns".
Step 5:Find the Transcriptions column and add it to your Selected Columns



Step 6: You will now find your transcribed calls under the "Transcriptions" column.

Step 7: Click the icon to read the transcription. Please note that after the end of the call, a few minutes are required for the transcriptions to be available.
