  • Subscribe to a Plan
    Navigate to "My Account" and select "Plans & Billing" from the brands' drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu, select the plan to which you want to subscribe. Click on the "Subscribe Here!" button.  ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/weSome readers
  • Move to another Plan
    Navigate to "My Account" and select "Plans & Billing" from the brands' drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu, select the plan you want to move and click "Update".  Click "Yes" on the pop-up box.  ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/websiSome readers
  • View Invoices
    Navigate to "My Account" and select "Invoices" from the brands' drop-down menu. Find stored all the issued invoices. Click on  to viewSome readers
  • Delete Account
    In case you want to delete an account, first, you have to remove your tracking numbers. Click here to read how to remove your tracking numbers. Once all the tracking numbers under this account are deleted, the next and last step is to remove your credit card.
