How to cancel your subscription

Step 1. Open Account Settings

Click your user avatar in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings.

Step 2. Go to Plans & Billing

Click Plans & Billing in the Account Settings menu.

Step 3. Open Manage Subscription

Click Manage Subscription.

Step 4. Submit the cancellation form

Enter your email address (required) and tax ID (optional).
Click I'm sure I want to cancel.

You may be asked to complete a brief exit survey. Your feedback helps Nimbata improve.

Step 5. Confirm

Click Cancel to finalize the cancellation.

🎉 Your subscription has been cancelled. A confirmation message will appear on screen.
