How to read call transcriptions

To learn how to activate transcriptions first, read: AI call transcriptions: how to activate transcriptions and summaries.

Call transcriptions let you quickly find what your phone leads are talking about, without listening to the full recording.

There are two ways to read them.

Method 1: Transcription column

Step 1. Open the calls log

Step 2. Open the column editor

  • Click the three-dot menu in the upper right of the screen.

  • Select Edit Columns from the pop-up menu.

Step 3. Add the Transcriptions column

  • Find Transcriptions in the available columns list.
  • Click the arrow to move it to your Selected Columns.
  • Click Close.

Step 4. Open a transcript

  • The Transcriptions column now appears in your call list.
  • Click the transcript icon on any call row to read that call's transcription.

Transcriptions are processed after the call ends. Allow a few minutes before they appear.

Method 2: Expanded call row

Step 1. Open the calls log

Step 2. Expand a call

  • Click the downward arrow on any call row to expand the call detail panel.

Step 3. Read the transcript or summary

  • In the expanded panel, click Transcript to read the full transcription.
  • Click Summary to read the AI-generated call summary.

🎉 You can now read transcripts directly in your call list or from the expanded call panel.
