How to access your call transcripts

Nimbata gives you easy access to the transcript of every recorded call.
This guide shows you how to locate a transcript at the individual call level.
Step 1. Open the calls log
- Go to Activity > Calls.
Step 2. Filter to calls with recordings
- Click Filters, then click + Add filter.
- Select Recording.
- Set the value to Yes.
- Click Apply changes.
This limits the list to calls that have recordings and, therefore, transcripts.

Step 3. Expand the call
- Find the call whose transcript you want to view.
- Click the downward arrow on that call row to open the call detail panel.
Step 4. Open the transcript
- In the call detail panel, click the Transcript button.
- Nimbata displays the full transcript by default.

🎉 Your call transcript is now open and ready to review.
