Creating Call Goals in Google Analytics
Getting Started with Google Analytics
This video will guide you to integrate Nimbata with Google Analytics and set up phone call goals in order to track all your inbound call activity with Nimbata.
Log in to your Google Analytics Account.
Click on Admin at the bottom of your screen.

Select Account and Property for which you want to setup the goal and click on Goals.

Click on "+ NEW GOAL" to begin creating your phone call goal.

Under Goal Setup select "Custom".

Click on Goal Description, set a Name and select Type = Event.

Click on Goal Details and under Event Conditions set Category - Begins with Call.

Click "Save" to activate your phone call goal.
If the slider "Tag New Callers" is enabled, you need to create a second goal in order to track your first-time callers and don't miss any of your call conversions.

To create your second goal, follow the same steps as per above:
Click on "+ NEW GOAL".

Under Goal Setup select "Custom".

Click on Goal Description, set a Name and select Type = Event

Click on Goal Details and under Event Conditions set Category - Equals to First Call.

Click "Save" to activate your phone call goal.
Once done, the previous goal will show repeat callers NOT All calls - so you might want to rename it to "Repeat Calls"
You can now view phone call goals, just like all other goals you have set up!
