I get a lot of phone number clicks but only a few calls. Is this normal?
You may have noticed that although you are getting plenty of clicks on your phone numbers, the actual calls are too few. Usually, this is perfectly normal, especially if you have enabled call tracking on your website relatively recently. My setup is complete, so why am I not receiving any calls yet? You have signed up, set up your account, generated your phone tracking numbers, created your calls flows and workflows super fast using our templates, and you've placed your tracking numbers in the landing pages of your campaigns.
