Nimbata reports per call tag - Analyze the quality of your leads

How to access Reports per Call Tag



You have two options for analyzing the quality of your calls based on tags. The first is through Analytics Reports (such as Trends, Tracking Source, Missed Calls, or Compare Periods reports), and the second is through your customizable dashboard.


1st Way



Step 1. Navigate to  "Analytics" and select among Trends, Tracking source, Missed calls or Compare Periods reports. For the purposes of this example, we chose Tracking Source.

Step 2. Select Call Tags, from the menu on the upper left.



Step 3. Select the period you want to track and click on "Apply".



Step 4. Apply the filters you wish by clicking on the filter icon. For example, if you want to only see your answered call you should choose Call Outcome = Answered.



Step 5. Analyze your data!



You can download each chart as a PNG image, JPG image, PDF document, SVG vector image or even as CSV document by clicking on the arrows on the top right corner of each chart.


2nd Way



Step 1. Go to "[Dashboard](https://app.nimbata.com/analytics/dashboard)", and click on the "+Add" button at the upper left of your screen.

Step 2. Select "Calls" and type "tag". A list will appear, showcasing all available call tag-related reports. Simply click on "Add" to include any report(s) of your choice.



Step 3. Choose your desired time frame and optionally apply filters.
