How to view the change history and audit log
The change history and audit log feature is only available on Agency plans.
- The audit log gives you a full record of every change made across your account.
- You can filter it by user, project, service, and action type to zero in on exactly what changed and when.
You can filter by:
- User(s): Select any/all number of users under the account.
- Project(s): Select any/all of the project(s) you wish to view changes for under the account.
- Service(s): Select any/all of the services available, such as call flows, custom fields, custom URL parameters, destination numbers, organization, projects, tracking numbers, tracking sources, workflows, and all of Nimbata's integrations.
- Action(s): Select any/all of the following system actions - create, purchase, assign, update, remove, and delete.
Step 1. Open account settings
- Hover over your user icon in the top-right corner and click it.
- Go to Account Settings.

Step 2. Navigate to Change History
- In the left-hand menu, click Change History.

Step 3. Apply your filters
- Use the Users, Projects, Services, and Actions filters to narrow the log to the changes you want to review.

🎉 You can now view and audit all changes made across call flows, workflows, tracking numbers, custom fields, and every other Nimbata feature.
