How to download call recordings

Before you start: Call recording must be enabled on the call flow associated with the call. If you haven't set up recording yet, follow: How to enable a call recording.

Call recordings can be downloaded individually from the call activity log.

Step 1. Open the calls log

Go to Activity > Calls.
You will land on the Completed calls tab by default.

Step 2. Find the recording you want to download

Locate the call in the list.
Click the Play button on that call row to open the audio player.

Step 3. Download the recording

In the audio player, click the download icon to save the recording to your device.

Recordings are only available for calls where recording was active at the time of the call. If no Play button appears on a call row, recording was not enabled for that call.
