How to create a workflow for missed calls

Missing a call can mean losing a lead.
This guide shows you how to build a missed call workflow from scratch.
The workflow triggers the moment a call goes unanswered and sends an alert to your email or phone.
Step 1. Open the workflow builder
- Go to Workflows.
- Click + Create in the top-right corner.
Step 2. Choose From Scratch
- In the Create a New Workflow menu, select From Scratch.
Step 3. Add a Call Outcome filter
- Inside the workflow builder, click the + plus sign.
- Select Add filter.
- Under the Call Details sub-menu, select Call Outcome.
- Set the value to Not Answered.
- Click OK.

Step 4. Add an Email Notifications action
- Click the + plus sign again.
- Select Perform action.
- Under the Integrations sub-menu, select Email Notifications.

Step 5. Enable the workflow
- Click Enable in the top-right corner of the workflow builder.
🎉 Your missed call workflow is live. Every unanswered call will now trigger an email alert instantly.
