How to change the timezone in your reports

The timezone setting controls how call timestamps appear across all your reports.

It is configured at the project level, so each project can have its own timezone.


Step 1. Open your project settings


  • Click your user avatar in the top-right corner.
  • Select Projects from the menu.
  • Or, go directly to Account > Projects.


Step 2. Select the project to update


  • Click the project whose timezone you want to change.


Step 3. Set the timezone


  • Click the TimeZone drop-down menu.
  • Select the timezone you want to use for this project's reports.
  • Save your changes.




🎉 All reports for that project will now display call timestamps in the selected timezone.
