How to activate email summaries

This article covers periodic email summary reports; automated digests of your call tracking activity. There is a separate feature for real-time email notifications triggered by individual call or SMS events. Those are configured under Integrations > Email Notifications and use workflows to fire alerts for specific conditions.

  • Email summaries are automated reports delivered on a schedule.
  • They give you a regular overview of call volume, performance, and trends without needing to log in each time.
  • Use them to monitor changes in call activity, identify patterns, and spot potential issues early.


Step 1. Open account settings



Step 2. Navigate to Email Preferences


  • In the account settings menu, click Email Preferences.



Step 3. Configure your summary


  • Select the project you want summaries for.
  • Choose how often you want to receive summaries; daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Select who should receive the notification.


Step 4. Activate


  • Click Send test to preview the email and confirm it is working.
  • Your email summaries are now active.




🎉 You will now receive regular email digests summarizing your call tracking activity for the selected project.
