Format Appearance of Tracking numbers

Ensuring the format of your tracking numbers aligns with the one on your website is crucial. If the formatting differs, the dynamic number swap won't occur as intended.
You can use one of the following 3 formats:

+1 (123) 456-7890
+1 123-456-7890
+11234567890

To change the appearance of your tracking numbers:

Step 1. Head over to Tracking > Numbers

Step 2. Click on the tracking number you wish to format


Step 3. Change the formatting to match that of your website and click on the check icon to save your changes.
