Delete Tracking Numbers
Before proceeding with the deletion of any tracking numbers, it's crucial to first disassociate them from the active call flow they're currently linked to.Once you've ensured that there are no call flows assigned to the tracking number, you will be ready to proceed with its deletion.
Step 1. Go to Tracking > Numbers and locate the tracking number you wish to remove. On the far right, simply click on the "x" icon next to your call flow's name to release the call flow from the tracking number.
Step 2. Select the number you wish to delete and click on the recycle bin icon which is on the left of your screen.
🎉 That's it! You will be notified that the tracking number is now successfully removed.
