Compare your analytics

How to compare your analytics

Sometimes, a single view of your data isn't enough to give you the full picture. Our new Compare feature allows you to evaluate your analytics across different time periods, giving you a much clearer understanding of how your call performance is trending over time.

Note: It is currently not possible to compare data for "Caller Journeys" and "Visit Stats"

Step 1. Open the dashboard

Navigate to your Dashboard and locate the specific chart or metric you wish to analyze.
E.g., if you wish to evaluate your calls, go to Dashboard > Call Outcomes

Step 2. Set your primary time period

Select the time frame for your baseline analysis using the date picker (e.g., "Last 7 days" or "Last 30 days")
Click Apply.

You will now see the analysis populated for this selected period.

Step 3. Compare your data

Click the Compare button, located right next to the selected time frame.

Once clicked, the button will change to Vs Previous Period. By default, the system automatically matches the exact duration of your selected period, but applies it to the past.
E.g., If today, on August 12th, you select "This month" and hit Compare, the dashboard will compare your recent 12 days of August against the previous 11-days period (20th to 31st to July)

Step 4. Adjust the comparison dates (Optional)

If you want to compare against a different time frame, simply click on the Vs Previous Period button and adjust the calendar to the specific dates you wish to compare your findings with.

Step 5. Further Adjust your filters and Save (Optional)

You can always filter your data further: Select the By section of the report (on the right)  and select your parameter.

Lastly, you can Save your layout or export it to PDF via the Actions button on the right.

🎉 Your dashboard is now configured to give you a powerful comparative analysis of your data!
