Assign Call Flow to Tracking Numbers

Assign tracking numbers to call flows



The final step after setting up your call flows is to match your tracking numbers to the call flow so anyone who calls them connects to your desired destination.

Go to Tracking > Numbers. Find the Swap Group or the Tracking Number where you'd like to assign the Call Flow, and hit "Select a Call Flow" to bring up the list. From there, simply pick the one you want.



If you've got multiple tracking numbers you want to link to the same call flow, choose all the tracking numbers and hit the button with the arrows. From the popup that appears, select the call flow you want to apply.



🎉 That's it. Your tracking numbers are now ready to be used!
