Add new project

Adding new projects to manage multiple clients under your account



A 10-step guide on how to create a single or multiple projects. This will help you manage your clients effectively, especially those with multiple domains.


Tips:



Create a separate project for each client domain to ensure correct attribution.
There are 2 different ways to access your projects from the Nimbata homepage:

1st Way: Via the Project Menu



Step 1. Click on the projects menu, under 'Dental Clinic #1' in the screenshot below.


Step 2. From the drop-down menu, click on 'Create Project'. You can now skip to Step 4.




OR

2nd Way - Via the Account Menu



Step 1: Click on your user avatar as shown below:


Step 2. On the drop-down menu that appears, navigate to 'Projects'.



Step 3: Click on the "+Add" button on the upper right corner.



Note: The same pop-up window will appear if you navigated to your projects from both the Project and Account menus.

Step 4. Name your project and click on 'Create'.


Step 5. If you need multiple projects for the same client, you can either:

Click on 'Add'.

Name your new project next, and then click on 'Create'.


OR



Accelerate the creation process by clicking on 'duplicate project':

And then naming your new project before clicking on 'Copy'. This will create your second project immediately.


Tip: Repeat Step 5 until you reach the number of projects you need created.

Step 6. Click on either one of your projects to enter its menu:


Step 7. And then fill out your new project's details. These include:

- Project name (pre-filled)
- Industry (optional)
- Project description (optional)
- Timezone
- Currency ($ by default, € and £ also available)
- Phone number display by clicking on 'Add preference' (see Step 8.)

Step 8. Select the country and number format you want your tracking numbers to have for this project and click on 'Use':


Step 9. That's it! Your new project is good to go! 🎉 It is now visible in the project list under your account and it should look something like this:
