Template: how to create an AI Call Analysis workflow
An AI Call Analysis workflow lets Nimbata automatically analyze every call after it ends.
You get instant, structured insights, such as summaries, notes, tags, ratings, and call value, without listening to recordings or reading full transcripts.
Step 1. Go to Workflows and click Create
- Go to Workflows.
- Click Create in the top-right corner.
Step 2. Select From Template
- In the Create a New Workflow menu, select From Template.
Step 3. Choose the AI Call Analysis template
- In the Workflow Templates menu, hover over AI Call Analysis.
- Click Use template.

Step 4. Enable the workflow
- Click Enable in the top-right corner of the workflow builder.
Alternatively, go back to the main Workflows list, find the workflow titled AI Call Analysis, and toggle it on.
🎉 For every qualifying call, Nimbata AI will now automatically generate:
- Tags: Such as Conversion or Qualified Lead
- Call value: For example, $50 dental cleaning appointment
- Summary: A concise overview of what was discussed
- Star rating: Based on sentiment and outcome, on a scale of 1 to 5
- Action plan: With a description, owner, priority, deadline, follow-up requirements, and recommended communication strategy for each call participant

- Coaching plan: Covering strengths observed, improvement opportunities, actionable coaching steps, and recommended coaching style

- Smart email follow-up template: Ready to send based on the call's context
