Setup is OK, but no calls come through
My setup is complete, so why am I not receiving any calls yet?
You have signed up, set up your account, generated your tracking numbers, and placed them in your campaigns. After a while, you check your analytics and no calls are showing up yet!
Chances are, you have done nothing wrong. It’s just, you haven’t received any calls yet.
Make sure that everything is working as intended by:
Step 1. Going to Analytics > Visit Stats.
Step 2. Double-checking the date range you have selected is the desired one.
Step 3. Then, checking the 'Calls' row on every channel.
And that’s it! From this dashboard, you can check how many calls you received.
