My setup looks correct, but I have not received any calls yet
My setup is complete, so why am I not receiving any calls yet?
You have signed up, set up your account, generated your phone tracking numbers, created your calls flows and workflows super fast using our templates, and you've placed your tracking numbers in the landing pages of your campaigns. After a while, you check your analytics and no calls are showing up yet!
Chances are, you have done nothing wrong. You just haven’t received any calls yet.
Make sure that everything is working as intended by:
Step 1. Going to Analytics > Visit Stats.

Step 2. Double-checking the date range you have selected is the desired one.

Step 3. Checking the 'Calls' row on every channel.

And that’s it! From this dashboard, you can check how many calls you received.
