If I want to pause a project, should I downgrade?

If you want to pause a project without deleting it, because you or the client may want to resume it later, you do not need to downgrade your plan.

The simplest approach is to delete the tracking numbers assigned to that project.

You will stop being charged for them, and adding new ones when you resume is quick and straightforward.
