How to delete projects
Deleting a project is permanent. Before proceeding, make sure the project has no tracking numbers or destination numbers still assigned to it.
Step 1. Open Projects
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Projects.
Step 2. Open the project
- Click the name of the project you want to delete.
Step 3. Click Delete
- Scroll to the bottom of the project settings page.
- Click the Delete button.
Step 4. Confirm deletion
- Click Remove in the confirmation pop-up.
🎉 The project has been deleted. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
If deletion fails
If a red error message appears, the project is still tied to one or more tracking numbers or destination numbers.
Remove or reassign those numbers first, then try again.
