Should I downgrade when I pause a project?

Sometimes, you might want to pause a project, but not delete it completely, because you or the client might want to pick it up again.

Still, you don't want to keep paying as much as you do now.

In that case, it would be better to delete the tracking numbers you acquired. That way, you won't have to pay for them anymore, and replacing them in the future is easy and quick.
