How to view geography reports

Where do your callers call from? Which countries and territories being in the most calls?

Use the geography reports to view detailed data on the locations that most callers contact you from. Add filters and select a date range to view data tailored to your specified parameters. With the geography report, you can pinpoint the locations that are most effective to market to, as well as potential new territories to target.

Step 1. Go to Analytics > Geography.

Step 2. Click on 'Filters' and select and apply the filters you need to get the data you're looking for.

Here is an example of the 'Calling Country' filter:

Step 3. Click on the date range button next to the 'Filters' button to select the date range you wish to view data for, then hit 'Apply'.

Step 4. On the resulting view, hover over any country to view the total number of calls received from this territory for the date range and filters you've applied.

Step 5. Click on the country you've hovered over to zoom in and view a breakdown of calls received in each of the territories under it.

And that's it! This is how you can use the geography report to view geo-based call data!
