How to filter default and custom views: date and value-based filters
Filters narrow your call data to exactly what you need.
You can apply them to any view; both the four default views and any custom views you have created.
There are two types: date filters and value-based filters.
You can use them independently or together.
1. Date filters
Step 1. Open the calls view
- Go to Activity > Calls.
- Select the view you want to filter.
Step 2. Apply the date range
- Click the date range picker next to the Filters button.
- Select the date range you want to view data for.
- Click Apply.

Step 3. Save or export the filtered view (optional)
To save the view:
- Click the three-dot menu next to + Add view.
- Select Save as.

- Enter a name for the view and click Save.
To export the view:
- Click the three-dot menu and select Export data.

- Choose .xlsx or .csv and click Export.

- A blue notification confirms the file is being prepared.
- A bell notification appears when the file is ready.
- Click the link to download.
- You will also receive a download link by email.
2. Value-based filters
Step 1. Open the calls view
- Go to Activity > Calls.
- Select the view you want to filter.
Step 2. Open the filters panel and select a filter
- Click Filters on the upper-left of the report.
- Choose the filter you want. E.g. Recording to show only calls that include a recording.
- Click Apply.

Step 3. Save or export (optional)
- Follow the same save or export steps described in the date filter section above.
