How to export your data and reports
Nimbata gives you two ways to export your data.
You can download individual charts from any analytics report, or export your full call activity dataset as a spreadsheet.
Download a chart as PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, or CSV
Step 1. Open an analytics report
- Go to Analytics > Trends or any other Analytics report.
Step 2. Set the date range
- Click the date range picker.
- Select the period you want to analyze.
- Click Apply.
Step 3. Download the chart
- Click the download arrows icon in the top-right corner of any chart.
- Select your preferred format: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, or CSV.

Export your full call activity as Excel or CSV
Step 1. Go to the Trends report
- Go to Analytics > Trends.
Step 2. Set the date range
- Click the date range picker.
- Select the period you want to export.
- Click Apply.
Step 3. Download the dataset
- Scroll below the chart to find the Excel and CSV export buttons.
- Click your preferred format to download.

The file downloads automatically to your browser's default download folder.
🎉 Your data is exported and ready for analysis.
