How to download call recordings

Call recordings can be downloaded individually from the call activity log.


Before you start: Call recording must be enabled on the call flow associated with the call. If you haven't set up recording yet, follow the call recording setup guide first.


Step 1. Open the calls log.



Step 2. Find the recording you want to download.


  • Locate the call in the list.
  • Click the Play button on that call row to open the audio player.


Step 3. Download the recording.


  • In the audio player, click the download icon to save the recording to your device.


Recordings are only available for calls where recording was active at the time of the call. If no Play button appears on a call row, recording was not enabled for that call.


🎉 Your recording is downloaded and ready to review, share, or archive.
