How to delete a destination number
Destination Numbers can be removed only if they are not part of an active call flow. Before attempting to delete a destination number, make sure to check its current status. If the status appears as "In use" (as below) follow the instructions below.
Step 1. Check the destination number's status
- Go to Tracking > Destinations.
- Check whether the number shows "In use".

Step 2. Open the call flow that uses it
- Go to Tracking > Call Flows.
- Click on the name of the call flow that includes the destination number you want to delete.

Step 3. Remove the destination number from the call flow
- Delete the 'Dial' section that contains the destination number.
Step 4. Delete the destination number
- Return to Tracking > Destinations. The number will now show "Not in use".
- Select the number and click the red bin icon.
- Click 'Remove' on the confirmation message that appears.
🎉 That's it! You will receive a notification confirming the destination number has been removed.
