How to delete a destination number

Destination Numbers can be removed only if they are not part of an active call flow. Before attempting to delete a destination number, make sure to check its current status. If the status appears as "In use" (as below) follow the instructions below.


Step 1. Check the destination number's status




Step 2. Open the call flow that uses it


  • Go to Tracking > Call Flows.
  • Click on the name of the call flow that includes the destination number you want to delete.



Step 3. Remove the destination number from the call flow


  • Delete the 'Dial' section that contains the destination number.


Step 4. Delete the destination number


  • Return to Tracking > Destinations. The number will now show "Not in use".
  • Select the number and click the red bin icon.
  • Click 'Remove' on the confirmation message that appears.


🎉 That's it! You will receive a notification confirming the destination number has been removed.
