How to assign tracking numbers to call flows

After setting up your call flows, you need to link them to your tracking numbers so that anyone who calls is routed to the correct destination.

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Numbers

Inside the Nimbata app:

• Go to Tracking > Numbers.
• Click on the 'Select a call flow' field.
• This will expand the list of available call flows.
• Select the call flow you want to assign to the tracking number.

Step 2. Assign the same call flow to multiple numbers at once

• Tick the checkboxes next to all the tracking numbers you want to link.
• Click the 'shuffle tracks' button.
• Select the call flow you want to apply and click 'Change'.

🎉 That's it! Your tracking numbers are now ready to use.
