How to access reports by call tag
You can analyze call quality and volume broken down by call tag using two methods: via an Analytics report or via the Dashboard.
Method 1: Analytics report
Step 1. Open an analytics report
- Go to any of the following:
- Analytics > Trends
- Analytics > Tracking Source
- Analytics > Missed Calls
- Analytics > Compare Periods
Step 2. Set the date range
- Click the date range picker.
- Select the period you want to view.
- Click Apply.
Step 3. Switch the channel to Call Tags
- Click the Channel menu on the upper-left of the report.
- Select Call Tags.

Your report now displays data broken down by call tag.
Method 2: Dashboard
Step 1. Open the dashboard and add a chart
- Go to Analytics > Dashboard.
- Click + Add at the top-left of the screen.
- Select the Calls chart category.
Step 2. Search for tag reports
- Type tag in the search bar.
- Click Add next to the report or reports you want to include.

- Close the menu.
Step 3. Set the date range and filters
- Click the date range picker and select your time frame.
- Click Apply.
- Optionally, click Filters to narrow the data further.
