How to add a destination number

A destination number is the phone number that rings when someone calls one of your Nimbata tracking numbers.

Your destination number may typically be your main business line, a call center, or an on-call team member.

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Destinations

Inside the Nimbata app:

• Head to Tracking > Destinations.
• Click the '+ Add' button.

Step 2. Fill in the destination details

• Select the flag of the country your phone number belongs to.
• Enter the phone number and give it a memorable name.
• Click 'Add Destination'.

🎉 That's it! Your destination number is ready to be used in a call flow.
