How can I access my call transcripts?

Call transcriptions are the bread and butter of everyone who tracks calls. Nimbata offers easy and quick access to the transcript of every recorded call. This guide helps you locate call transcripts on an individual call level.

Here's how:


Step 1. Go to Activity > Calls.



Step 2. Click on 'Filters', then on '+ Add filter', and select 'Recording' and 'Yes'. Finally, click on 'Apply changes' to only view calls with recordings and, therefore, transcripts, in them.



Step 3. Click the downward arrow on the call you wish to view the call transcript of.



Step 4. Click the 'Transcript' button. By default, Nimbata will displays the full transcript.



And you're good to go!
