Google Ads conversion not found in Nimbata

Why a Google Ads conversion may not appear in Nimbata

You've created your Nimbata account.

You've added your tracking numbers.

Your call flows and workflows were a breeze to set up thanks to our templates.

Your Google Ads account is connected to your Nimbata account no problem.

And yet... Nimbata notifies you that the Google Ads conversion you’re trying to select cannot be found.

What is the issue?

Nimbata cannot find the specific Google Ads conversion action you want to map your calls to.

Although the Google Ads account is connected, the list of available conversion actions returned to Nimbata does not include the expected conversion.

Why does this happen?

This usually occurs when the list of conversion actions in Google Ads has changed since the account was first connected to Nimbata.

Common reasons include:

  • New conversion actions were created after the integration was set up
  • Existing conversions were renamed, removed, or modified
  • Permission or access scope changes affected which conversions are visible

In these cases, Nimbata may still be working with an earlier snapshot of the conversion list.

How can you fix it?

To refresh the list of conversions available to Nimbata:

Step 1. Go to Integrations > Google Ads in Nimbata.

Step 2. Disconnect the Google Ads account.

Step 3. Reconnect the same account, following the Google Ads setup guide.

Step 4. After reconnecting, check the conversion drop-down menu again; the new or updated conversions should now appear.

If the conversion still does not appear, confirm that:

  • The Google user who connected the account has sufficient permissions in Google Ads
  • The conversion action is eligible to be used (for example, included in conversions or available for import, depending on your setup)

If the issue persists after reconnecting and confirming permissions, contact Nimbata support with the name of the conversion action you’re trying to use.
