Format appearance of tracking numbers

It is crucial to ensure the format of your tracking numbers aligns with the one on your website. The dynamic number swap won't occur as intended if the formatting differs.
You can use one of the following 3 formats:

+1 (123) 456-7890
+1 123-456-7890
+11234567890

How to change the appearance of your tracking numbers

One at a time

Step 1. Head over to Tracking > Numbers



Step 2. Click on the tracking number you wish to format



Step 3. Change the formatting to match that of your website and click on the green check icon to save your changes.

Bulk editing

You can also select multiple numbers and edit them all at once.

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Numbers



Step 2. Check more than one tracking numbers.




Step 3. Click on the "Modify number appearance" button, select the format you prefer and click apply.


By clicking on the buttons next to the "Modify number appearance" you can also bulk edit the number's name, assign call flows, move to different projects and modify source.

And that's it! Now, your numbers have a new format.
