Delete tracking numbers

First, disassociate tracking numbers from call flows

Before proceeding with the deletion of any tracking numbers, you first have to disassociate them from any active call flow(s) they're linked to. To do so:

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows and select the call flow associated with the tracking number you wish to delete.

Step 2. Go into the call flow and remove the tracking number in a number of ways:

By changing the tracking number under 'Dial' to a different one.
By deleting the call flow section associated with the number.
By deleting the entire call flow ( do this only if you don't need it anymore).

Once you've ensured that there are no call flows assigned to the tracking number, you will be ready to proceed with its deletion.

Then, go ahead with the deletion of your tracking numbers

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Numbers and locate the tracking number you wish to remove. On the far right, simply click on the "x" icon next to your call flow's name to release the call flow from the tracking number.

Step 2. Now select the call flow you wish to delete, click on the bin, 'delete tracking number', button. Then, click on the 'Remove' button on the message that pops up at the bottom of the page.

You will get the following deletion notification once your tracking number has successfully been deleted:

🎉 That's it! You will be notified that the tracking number is now successfully removed.
