Why was my call declined?

Call declined due to missing routing

If you notice that some calls are marked as declined or do not reach your destination, the first thing to check is whether the tracking number is assigned to a call flow. A declined call means Nimbata received the call attempt but could not route it to a destination number. One common reason for this is that the tracking number is not assigned to a call flow, so Nimbata does not know where to forward the call.

To resolve this:

Follow this guide to assign the tracking number to an existing call flow: https://help.nimbata.com/en/article/assign-call-flow-to-tracking-numbers-uxu7qb/

Or create a new call flow using this guide: https://help.nimbata.com/en/article/using-the-call-flow-builder-1731pv5/

If the tracking number is already assigned to a call flow and calls are still being declined, review the call’s disposition status or refer to the Why are my calls not getting through? guide for additional troubleshooting.
