Why can't I get a new tracking number?

If you try to generate new tracking numbers, but can't seem to make it work, make sure that:

There aren't any pending payments
You are requesting a tracking number from the same location that your or your client's business is registered in.

You should be able to generate new tracking numbers without any issue now.
