Can't assign a call flow to a tracking number or destination number from a different country

For security reasons, free trial accounts cannot assign call flows with destination numbers in countries different to the ones the tracking numbers originate from.

  1. Tracking numbers (region/country-specific)

In accordance with widely accepted compliance principles within the call tracking industry, tracking numbers can only be purchased or assigned in the same geographic region or country where your business (or your client’s business) is legally registered. This requirement helps prevent misuse of numbers that could otherwise be used to mislead callers, disguise call origin, or facilitate fraudulent activities.

  1. Destination numbers (global)

While tracking numbers must be tied to your registered business location, destination numbers (the numbers that calls are forwarded to) can be from any country. This gives you flexibility to route calls to international teams or remote call centers while still maintaining compliance with local telecom regulations for the tracking number itself.
