Pipedrive integration: How to set it up in Nimbata

Nimbata’s Pipedrive integration allows you to automatically send call data to Pipedrive, helping you track leads, update deals, and keep your sales pipeline accurate. This guide covers how to connect Nimbata with Pipedrive and sync your call activity seamlessly.


To do so follow the steps described below:


How to set up your Pipedrive integration


Step 1. Go to Integrations > Pipedrive.


Step 2. Click on "Connect" to connect your Pipedrive account.



Step 3. In the pop up click “Allow and Install”.



Step 4. Map Nimbata fields to Pipedrive fields. You'll need to configure two scenarios:


  • One for when the caller is not found.
  • And another for when the caller is already in your CRM.



5) Select the default "After Every Call" workflow or customize rules to control when Nimbata triggers the integration, giving you greater control over your data.



6) Click on Send test and Save.



7) Send a test event to see how a call is sent to Pipedrive and click Save.




Your integration is now complete! From now on, all incoming calls that match your workflow criteria will be automatically logged in your Pipedrive account. It’s that simple!


Onboarding for users


Perform a call on your configured tracking number (or send a test event).



Nimbata will create and populate the fields you matched during the setup steps.
