How to Receive SMS on Your Destination Number

Receiving SMS Texts

SMS from a call tracking platform directly to a client's phone offers a powerful communication tool.

✨ Faster and more convenient communication: People often check texts more readily on their personal device, rather than logging in to other platforms.

✨ Increased Efficiency: Manage both calls and texts within the call tracking platform, streamlining workflows for your team and saving valuable time, without being overbearing on your client.

✨ Convenience for Customers: Many people prefer texting over calling. Offering SMS allows customers to communicate with your business on their terms, creating a more convenient experience.

Activate SMS Communications on Nimbata

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows.

Step 2. Click on “+Add” if you want to add a new call flow or edit a pre-existing one.

Step 3. Click on the + symbol and add the “Dial” option from the right side menu.

Step 4. Add your destination number and tick the “Receive SMS” box. Remember, you need to add a number capable of receiving SMS for it to work.

And that was it. Now you will receive SMS directly on your phone number.
