How to receive SMS on your destination number
Receiving SMS Texts
Nimbata allows you to receive SMS messages sent to your tracking numbers directly on your destination phone number. This lets you manage both calls and text messages without requiring clients to log in to the platform.
Receiving SMS on your destination number makes it easier to respond quickly, keeps communication centralized, and allows customers to contact your business using text instead of calling when they prefer.
Activate SMS communications on Nimbata
Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows.

Step 2. Click on '+ Create' if you want to create a new call flow. To edit an existing one, just click its name to enter the call flow.

Step 3. If you're creating a new call flow, select whether you want to build it from scratch or using our templates. We will go with the template in this example.

Step 4. Select the type of call flow you need by clicking on 'Use template'. We're going with a Simple Call Flow in this guide.

Step 5. Add your phone number in the 'Dial' filter and tick the box below to receive sms.

And that's it! Now you will receive SMS directly on your phone.
