Filtering your reports and dashboards
Whether you're focusing on specific time periods or narrowing down data, this guide will walk you through the steps to customize your analytics.
How to filter your data
Step 1. Go to Analytics and select any of the reports. In this example I will go with Analytics > Trends.
Step 2. Select the period you want to track and click on 'Apply'.
Step 3. Apply your desired filter(s) by clicking on the 'Filter' button and selecting the relevant data filters. I selected 'Recording' to view data for calls that include recordings.
Step 4. Click 'Apply' on the filter and repeat the process until you have added all the filters you need. I'm going with just the one. And we're good to go! 🎉
List of filters you can select:
- 1st Time Caller
- Call Duration, Outcome, or Type
- Caller
- Calling Country
- Destination
- Digits Pressed by Caller or Destination
- Hang-up Cause
- Missed Callers
- Recording or Recording Stopped
- Talk Duration
- Tracking Number
- Transcriptions
- Voicemail
- Project
- Swap Group
