How to create and delete new views

Default views available in Nimbata

Views are the new best way to organize and access the exact call data you wish to monitor on the spot. Nimbata's Call Activity Report comes with 4 predefined views: Completed Calls, Only Answered Calls, Voicemail, and All Calls.

  • Completed Calls: This view includes all call data for calls where your pre-defined call flow actions were completed.
  • Only Answered Calls : This view includes all call data that come from answered calls.
  • Voicemail : This view includes all call data from callers who left a voicemail.
  • All Calls : This view includes all raw call data without any filters applied.

If you'd like to monitor a different set of data from the ones available in the views above, you can create your own custom view.

Creating your first custom view

Step 1. Go to Activity > Calls to access the call activity reports. Click on ' + Add view' and hit the 'Create new' button from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: You can create up to 10 views, including the 4 pre-existing ones.

Step 2. Name your new view and click on "Next".

Step 3. Select the data you wish to include in your new view. The left column includes the data which are available to add to your view. The right column includes the data which are included in your view by default. You can easily remove them by clicking on the red cross mark. After modifying the data rules according to your needs, hit 'Next'.

Step 4. Modify your view from the options menu and click on 'Finish'.

  • Show audio player: A play button appears next to each call that has a recording.
  • Show transcription: You get the option to access conversations under the 'Transcription' Column.
  • Show heading icons: Each column displays the relevant icon so they become even easier to identify.
  • Show column filters: Have the option to filter data within each column.
  • Share view with my team: Select if you prefer your new view to be visible to your team's members.
  • Edit tags in-line: Add tags to each call on the spot.
  • In-depth view: Select whether you prefer expanding your rows or having your data show in pop-ups.

To delete a view, simply click on its name and select 'Delete view' from the menu. Confirm deletion by clicking the 'Delete' button.
