How to change your tag colors for lead clasification
Tag colors
Colored tags provide a quick and intuitive way to assess the quality of your calls at a glance. For instance, you could assign green to indicate high-quality leads, yellow for medium-quality leads, and red for low-quality leads.
Use these tags to prioritize leads with color intensity.
E.g. select brighter shades for higher-priority leads and lighter shades for lower-priority ones.
How to add color to your tags.
Step 1. Go to Data Tools > Tags. If you are editing an existing tag, go to Step 2. If you need to create a new tag, go to Step 4.
Step 2. To edit an existing tag, go under 'Call Status' and click on the tag. Let's use the 'Call Back Requested' tag as an example.
Step 3. On the 'Add Tag' pop-up, you can rename your tag, optionally describe what the tag does so the Nimbata AI can tag with even more accuracy, and change color by clicking on the circle under 'Color'. Click 'OK' on the 'Color' menu after/if you've changed the tag's color, and then hit 'Update' to finishing editing your tag.
Step 4. Under the 'Legacy' section, click on the '+ Add tag' button.
Step 5. On the 'Add Tag' pop-up, name your tag, optionally describe what the tag does so the Nimbata AI can tag with even more accuracy, and select your preferred color by clicking on the circle under 'Color'. Click 'OK' on the 'Color' menu after you've selected the tag's color, and then hit 'Add' to create your tag.
Here's an example of how a dashboard full of tags could look, when you have added colors to them.
Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it's also easier and faster to recognise what each tag means. You only have to check the color, instead of reading it.
That was it! Now you can color your tags to your heart's desire. Have fun!
