How to change your tag colors

Tag colors

Colored tags provide a quick and intuitive way to assess the quality of your calls at a glance. For instance, you could assign green to indicate high-quality leads, blue for medium-quality leads, and red for low-quality leads.

Additionally, these tags can help you prioritize leads by using color intensity. For example, you might choose yellow to signify prioritization and adjust its intensity—brighter shades for higher-priority leads and lighter shades for lower-priority ones—to streamline your decision-making process.

How to add color to your tags.

Step 1. Go to Data Management > Tags

Step 2. Click on the little square next to the tags.

Step 3. This is the fun part. Choose a color from either the color picker or by entering the color code you wish.

Here's an example of how a dashboard full of tags could look, when you have added colors to them.

Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it's also easier and faster to recognise what each tag means. You only have to check the color, instead of reading it.

That was it! Now you can color your tags to your heart's desire. Have fun!
