How to cancel your subscription

Step 1. Click on your user avatar and select Account Settings.

Step 2. Go to Plans & Billing.

Step 3. Click on 'Manage Subscription'.

Step 4. Fill out your email address (mandatory) and tax ID (optional) and hit the 'I'm sure I want to cancel' button.

You may be asked to complete a brief exit survey. We sincerely appreciate your honesty, as your feedback is invaluable to us!

Step 5. Click on 'Cancel'.

🤙 That's it! You will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been removed.
