How do I request new Tracking Numbers?
How to request new tracking numbers when the ones you need are unavailable
Tracking numbers let you assign a unique phone number to a campaign, page, or source so you can accurately track where calls come from. In most cases, you can add them directly from the Nimbata app.
Use this request flow when:
- The tracking numbers you need aren’t available for a specific location or area code
- You need help provisioning numbers for a new or existing project
- You’re blocked from adding numbers directly in the app
Follow the steps below to submit a tracking number request to the Nimbata team.
How to use the tracking number request form
Step 1. Click on the question mark icon at the top-right corner of the Nimbata app menu.

Step 2. Select to 'Submit a request' from the menu.

Step 3. Fill in the request form with all necessary details, such as:
- A Subject Line with amount of numbers needed, the area name, area code, and project name.
- Request type should always be 'Tracking number not available'
- Priority [Low > Normal > High > Urgent]
- A Description of the specifics you need not included in the Subject Line or any other additional information you'd like to relay to us.
- [Optional] Any attachments if applicable.

Step 4. Once ready, hit the 'Submit' button or press the Enter key while in the Description field to send the request to Nimbata.
Step 5. You'll receive an in-app notification and notification email that we have received your request in good order:

We will take care of the rest and you'll soon be able to add your new tracking numbers!
